‘The French’ is the first full 3-track EP on Agua y Sed by Amsterdam based artist Daniël Berends, also known as “Shakèd”.
The main track ‘The French’ is a stripped down minimal techno track that builds on a continuously evolving bassline and a hypnotizing vocal. Where ‘In Deep Minor’ has more of a classic house track with an infectious bassline and storytelling long break. The third track ‘Push and Pull’ shows that even with an in your face acid melody, a harmonious and sweet mix can be established.
All tracks work as killers on the dancefloor, but are smooth enough to be enjoyed in podcasts and studio mixes.
