After closing last year on a high note thanks to releases on Kerri Chandler’s Madhouse Records and German based vinyl-only Rough Recordings, we only can imagine what Kevin Over has been cooking for 2018. With his new EP
‘Keeper’, he delivers yet another dance floor weapon that won’t fail to heat the atmosphere.
‘Keeper’ EP lands with four original tracks on French producer DJ Steaw’s label House Puff – an outlet that he’s running alongside already-established Steaward and Rutilance Records, and has previously supported releases from
Lauren Lo Sung, Signal St. and Demuja.
The young artist keeps impressing us with his rough cuts and groove-ridden productions, and we can only look forward to hearing more of his tracks moving dance floors this spring.
“The idea of this EP was to work on some straight 4 to the floor club ready EP, where I wanted to go back to the roots of tech house again, as this seems a bit falsified these days”, says Kevin.
“My favorite track is Blessed To Dance, it’s a simple, but effective track with a full range of samples in it – paired up with a stomping beat.”
