Xan Bishop of Detroit has provided a double sided release with a more nocturnal after-hours feeling, featuring a full-blown jacking house anthem entitled ‘The Thaw’ on side A with the title track ‘Age of Innocence’ following a deeper, dubby direction. He likes to tread the line between house and techno, and the ‘Age of Innocence’ EP is a nod to all the inspiration that got him here. His first official release and the seventeenth release on Detroit-based label PITS, he will certainly be one to watch.
